Summary

add fresnel_ar IAM model implementing Fresnel equations with optional AR coating
expose new model in IAM docs
allow fresnel_ar in PVSystem.get_iam
add tests for Fresnel AR
replace deprecated np.Inf with np.inf
provide minimal stubs for PVsyst helper functions and derivative utility

Testing

pytest tests/test_iam.py::test_fresnel_ar -q
