This pull request removes the
docs/canonical_paths.mdfile, which previously documented canonical package paths, ownership boundaries, and cleanup policies for subsystems ingo-lua. The removal suggests that the canonical paths and subsystem responsibilities documentation is no longer needed or is being relocated.
