This is a great addition. I like the landing page for discovery approach, vs having all the template content also included that could confuse search results. I could imagine we pull the linked repo/site into the Temporal GH org, but that could definitely come later.

I made a handful of changes to the article to emphasize the steps for the user to take. Specifically:
- I compressed the "problem" and "solution" sections into the first paragraph of the intro. Normally, when users interact with the docs, they're not looking to be convinced of a solution, they're looking for how to implement it.
- I moved the "measurement" section and table to later in the article. It makes sense to tell them what to do first, then how to measure it.
- I tweaked the language in the "what to include" sections to emphasize action on the user's part.
