Updated various strings in the Substitutions.json file to improve clarity and consistency, including changes to suicidal thoughts and newcomer definitions.
Removed safetyPlan and several interpreter services from the Case Information Tab.
Updated gender options and removed sexual orientation section. Modified ethnicity and living situation fields.
