Fix compile errors in MSVC

[DarcJC]

I made some changes to make this library can pass MSVC compile.

quickjs.h also needs to be patched, I have made a commit: DarcJC/quickjs@dab886c . But I'm not sure should this patch been merge to this repo.

Tested MSVC version:
