This is passed down to all Surfaces via context, disabling contexteeditable and most mouse and key bindings. However, there are a number of components with a custom interaction, that do not consider context.editable yet.

Was removed from substance.Configurator.
This should not have been added to Texture, as there has not been consensus in the need of panels at all.
