I have ~5.9 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, Windows environments, networking, Office 365, Active Directory, NAS backup systems and user support.
I build, maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, handle routers/switches, manage Windows Server environments, and ensure system/endpoint stability.
Currently I am learning and working hands-on with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC basics) to shift my skills toward cloud-enabled infrastructure and system support.
