Add Privy Authentication Guide

This PR adds a comprehensive guide for authenticating users with Privy in Solana applications.

What's included:

Complete step-by-step guide for Privy setup, configuration, and usage
Proper links to Privy resources (website, dashboard, documentation)
Links to wallet providers (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack)
