Fixed broken internal link in cpi.mdx and corrected variable naming inconsistencies in mint-tokens.mdx, transfer-tokens.mdx, and approve-delegate.mdx across all languages.

Restored content... I accidentally deleted explanatory text and <WithMentions> block for the 'CPIs with PDA signers' section in 9 language translations. The previous commit fixing broken links inadvertently deleted the paragraph explaining how invoke_signed works with PDA signers in fi, id, it, ja, ko, pl, ru, uk, and zh translations. Languages restored: - Finnish (fi) - Indonesian (id) - Italian (it) - Japanese (ja) - Korean (ko) - Polish (pl) - Russian (ru) - Ukrainian (uk) - Chinese (zh)

Fixes several documentation bugs identified in the Token Basics and CPI sections. These changes resolve runtime errors in the code examples and fix broken navigation links.
