Also rips out the need for respecting token metadata pointer.
This change however, by default assumes metadata pointer is pointing to mint.
So on a conflict of extensions (metadataPointer points away from mint, but
MetadataExtensionis set,MetadataExtensiontakes higher priority).Spec design for
