The recurring data is missing from the action even though it is sent. Previously, this was less important because it only sent the subscriptionId (which is also part of the order), but now with Subscriptions-Mixed-Cart, it sends the whole subscription, which we may need to fetch separately before.
Waiting for Roave/BackwardCompatibilityCheck#987 to be merged.
