supersedes #70
just blocks the workspace swipe from ever starting if we are already on the first or last workspace and are trying to swipe beyond it. this should hopefully be much easier for me to maintain.
kinda hard for me to test right now because nested hyprland sessions don't seem to pick up gestures, so please make sure it works. @maydayv7
