Oversmash -> Overstat

In response to Blizzard changing an endpoint last week we decided we need to be able to respond quickly to API changes.

We have now forked oversmash so that we can actively maintain it, the new project is called overstat. Fireteam.gg now uses overstat instead of oversmash.
