This PR prepares our v1.0.0 release

  • Updates README
  • Updates the code of conduct contact address
  • Tighten up gemspec
    • Drop support for older versions of Ruby (we now only test on Ruby 3.3 and 3.4)
    • Add @trevornelson to list of authors
    • Set clearer dependency version boundaries
  • Adds bin/test script
