This PR introduces a new UI test suite for the navigator components.
This initial implementation focuses on scaffolding and memory leak detection. The tests verify that navigator instances are properly deallocated when closed, helping prevent memory leaks from being introduced in future changes.
Future work will add screenshot testing to verify the visual rendering of test publications.
