This will fix support for linux kernel folders in the *.x format
linux 3 had both the 3.0 and 3.x format, linux 4 only have 4.x format.
The bz2 format stop being offered by kernel repositories, all kernel versions have now xz format, so correcting this. This will fix a problem patching kernels <3.19 from or to 4.0 kernels.
Also remove trailling whitespaces :)
