Project Management

This project uses the Scrum methodology.

• 2 week iterations
• Planning sessions on Friday afternoons
• Product Backlog
• Iteration Backlog

Each sprint iteration will cover 2 weeks, with planning sessions of Friday afternoons to plan what is going to be accomplished for the following week.

Each task shall be reviewed by one member of the team, usually defined by the CODEOWNERS specification that will automatically assign the correct members for review.

Tasks are defined in the main GitHub Project.

• PO : Blocking for other members
• P1 : Must be completed by the end of the week
• P2 : Not urgent
