I got the tests to pass for everything but the last one, and when I just run it with Node and make API calls from the browser with ISO-formatted time strings, it works the way it's supposed to. If there's anybody out there who has a bit of time to take a look at it and see if they spot any clear errors, I'd appreciate it.
