Изначальная цель: адаптировать gitsync под 2.0.0
Проблема: gitsync зависит от configor, configor зависит от yaml. Внутри пакета yaml есть внешняя компонента, которую надо пересобирать под oscript 2.0.0. Вместо этого можно заменить в configor пакет yaml на oscript-yaml (нативную реализацию без внешних компонент).
Это и было сделано в этом PR. Пакет oscript-yaml требует oscript 2.0.0, как следствие, версия среды для configor тоже была поднята.
