Perfect project by its low dependencies (just what needed), still depends on SQLite and ffmpeg but works without them. Building tested on VS2015, SQLite interop dll's was the cause of failure of the build.
Additional view and testing (TDD makes easier to understand logic under separate component). SQLite interop assemblies was not created building from scratch, it is maybe that should be removed.
