Now covers admonitions, example/sidebar/quote/verse/listing/literal/open/stem blocks, tables (frames, grids, striping, alignment), lists (ordered, unordered, checklists, description, callout, horizontal), images, footnotes, keyboard/menu/button macros, collapsible blocks, block titles, lead paragraphs, sections, text color roles, and utility classes.
