chore: Enable use of "standard" footer component in Namekit monorepo landing pages

Related issue: Issue #515

This is a very initial draft of the change as a whole, to be picked up by whoever will continue solving this issue.

What has already been done:

• Super basic setup of the new package
• Integration of that package with apps/nameai.io

What needs to be done:

• Integrate the new package with other LPs in the monorepo, namely:
  • namegraph.dev
  • namehashlabs.org
  • nameguard.io (seems to work, but requires a double check)
  • namekit.io
• Test and confirm that the footer from the package works identically to the one from internal/internal package
• Refine the namehashlabs-react package (for now the setup is very basic, mostly mimicking namekit-react and internal/internal)
• Once we confirm that the new package works soundly, we can delete related components from the internal package
