As a user I want to know from the routes list if any route direction has service updates ⚠️ ℹ️

Candidates:

  • stm.info bus BLOCKED: no way to load all bus route issues, only comes from each RDS status call response
    • could re-enable the route service update URL (1 route = 1 URL)... same data as RDS status call
  • ...?
