Since cpanel.afreeka.ga no longer works, replace it with the default cpanel.byethost.com
Remove unnecessary HTML and CSS code, update README by giving credit to UIkit, remove uikit.min.js at is is loaded via CDN.
Updated HTML code and added comments

I replaced cpanel.afreeka.ga which is no longer working in the code with cpanel.byethost.com, which is the default vP URL.
I also made some Readme Updates and removed the unnecesarry anymore CNAME file.
You are welcome to make any changes to my patch and remove the ones that you don't like. I changed nothing else in the HTML file except for the URL fix.
