Originally, this PR was going to refactor the
content.vuepage on the server panel, however it has a dependency on quite alot of FS op stuff, which means that needed to be refactored first.This PR migrates
files.vueto use tanstack + api-client combo, and provides quite a lot of performance improvements that comes with this.
