Streamlined the quickstart documentation to be ~75% shorter and more direct. Removed verbose explanations, condensed deployment steps, simplified the "Make your first change" section, and made next steps more concise.

quickstart.mdxguide is heavily condensed to focus on the minimum steps to deploy a Mintlify site and make the first edit.It removes the extended “before you begin” explanations, optional onboarding paths, screenshots/accordions, and detailed CLI/web-editor step components, replacing them with short tabbed instructions and a simplified CLI flow.
The “Next steps” section is reworked from individual cards into a 2-column
