Pull Request Overview
This PR moves the power platform scenario to use App Auth by dynamically retrieving the GitHub owner via a PowerShell script and then using that output for authentication.
- Removed the earlier create-github-app-token step that used github.event.inputs.githubOwner.
- Added a new create-github-app-token step that uses the owner output from the GetOwnerForE2ETests script.
