πŸ’‘ What: Parallelized the resolution of source jars for dependencies.
🎯 Why: SourcesJarLocator was sequentially checking for source jars using blocking network calls (HEAD requests). This was a significant bottleneck when resolving dependencies with many artifacts.
πŸ“Š Impact: Expected to reduce the time taken to check for source jars significantly, roughly proportional to the number of available threads, as these are I/O bound operations.
πŸ”¬ Measurement: Verified with existing tests SourcesLocatorTest to ensure correctness and thread safety. No regressions in behavior.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16847178339867504291 started by @menny

- Refactors `GraphMemoizator` to use `ConcurrentHashMap` and `computeIfAbsent` for thread safety.
- Updates `SourcesJarLocator` to use `parallelStream()` for fetching source jar URLs, speeding up resolution for multiple dependencies.
- Changes `SourcesJarLocator` internal cache to `ConcurrentHashMap` to support parallel access.
