This PR includes the signup and generic translations.

I tried to follow strings in the project’s locales for consistency:

• back
• front

Just a heads-up for placing the translated file: Your PR currently overwrites the English version of the page.

Instead, the French translation (even if partial) should exist in a new sub-directory of content. Compare the existing translations for the proper structure, your translated sign-up file would go to content/fr/user/signup.md.

And to make Hugo – the site generator for Mastodon Documentation – know about your translation, here is the relevant part of the config file that needs to be amended for French.

If you have Hugo installed, you can build and test your added translation locally in your browser.

I was working on the English file to have a convenient diff while translating, then realised I actually pushed this, yeah. Thanks for taking the time to explain though.
