增加了scientific mode#25

issue:执行等号操作后，再执行backspace会报错（debug状态，编译后未发现此问题。）

原来scientific mode只开发了一半，

如果不define ENABLE_SCIENTIFIC，在title的菜单里不会出现两种模式的切换

将struct KeyDescription和keyDescription[]的声明移至buttons.h，原basickeypad.h和scientifickeypad.h中的相关声明被删除。
问题：在调试时，执行完等号操作再执行backspace会出错，但是编译后未发现此问题。
