The keyboard layout used by Jérôme Kunegis. 

        "I use this keyboard layout." --Jérôme Kunegis

(Tested on Ubuntu 22.04)

* Copy the file 'jxk' to /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/fr
* Choose fr/"French" for the keyboard layout
* (Inventing a new code does not work)
