docs: remove network: none support from documentation

Changes

Removed references to network: none configuration option from the Environment Specification documentation, as this feature is being removed from the platform.

• Removed mention that network type can be changed to none in the Developer Portal
• Removed the bridge network type specification since there are no other network options
• Simplified the statement to: "Each component has full access to the external network."
