fixed table overflow of json Data Types table

summary

this PR improves the mobile responsiveness of JSON Data Types table on viewports upto 767px wide.
Table cells now wrap texts so there is no overflow.

changes

Added a @layer components rule with @media (max-width : 767 px) in styles/globals.css
Set table to width: 100% and table-layout: fixed
