Hi there
I'm submitting this PR which updates the rack-cloudflare gem to more recent versions of everything. I was searching around for rack+cloudflare middleware that handled getting the original ip address (not the intermediate cloudflare one), found this gem, thought the code decent, so put effort into updating it.
