Function mfcc uses a lot of memory resources with long signals. mfcc_lm splits signal into smaller chunks and calls mfcc function. Additional parameter chk_frames specifies how many frames should be computed at once. The final result should be the same calling wither mfcc_lm or mfcc directly. However, because of preemphasis, each chk_frames-th frames slightly differs from that computed by original mfcc function.
