- Expand README.adoc with full project vision, core concepts, and technology stack documentation
- Add ROADMAP.adoc with phased development plan (Foundation through Mobile & Distribution)
- Document Ephapax WebFrame and Linear Loader concepts
- Include BSL/GSL sign language accessibility vision
- Mark current status as specification stage with infrastructure complete
