This repository contains all governance proposals (HIPs) for the Hetu blockchain network.

All changes involving the following areas must go through the HIP process:

• Consensus mechanism
• Economic model
• Staking parameters
• Cross-chain bridge
• Subnet system
• EVM, TEE, ZK, and privacy modules

Active/     Passed voting, pending execution
Final/      Successfully executed
Rejected/   Rejected or deprecated

HIP Lifecycle

1. Draft - Initial proposal submitted for community discussion
2. Active - Proposal passed on-chain voting and is being executed
3. Final - Proposal has been successfully executed
4. Rejected - Proposal was rejected, withdrawn, or superseded

To submit a new HIP, please follow the template in HIP-0.md and create a draft in the Drafts/ directory.
