Fix supported Fan features as needed for HA 2025.1. Adds FanEntityFeatures.TURN_ON and FanEntityFeatures.TURN_OFF
This was referenced Jan 6, 2025
warning error on startup does not set FanEntityFeature.TURN_ON but implements the turn_on method
