MetaStan is an R package for Meta-Analysis using Stan.
MetaStan package is on CRAN. MetaStan can be installed as follows:
install.packages("MetaStan")The develeopment version of the package can be insatalled using
devtools:
devtools::install_github("gunhanb/MetaStan")The vignette can be obtained by:
vignette("MetaStan_BNHM")The testthat package is used for testing. Tests reside in the
tests/testthat directory.
