Fix plot Rendering + visibility bug

Description

Noticed a follow-up bug from #12491 . If a component had visible=False in an inactive tab, it would be displayed if the tab became active.

Moreover, there was a bug in nativeplots that was preventing plots without an undefined colors_in_legend prop from rendering
