Hi @cgerson , I am resuming the repo and I would like to finalise pending pull requests. I have added a small contributing guidelines doc: https://github.com/giacbrd/python-dandelion-eu/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.rst If you still interested in this, please, can you close this pull request e make it to the develop branch?
