Add asset reference tooling

This PR adds two editor tools:

• The Package Reference Locator allows you to scan your project for asset references to a given package. Using this to move assets from the old asset lib to the new one (which is still ongoing).
• The *Asset Reference Locator" checks whether a given asset is referenced in other assets in your project.

This PR also updates some documentation.
