Motivation

Add a minimal example docker-compose.yml to demonstrate a simple container startup and print a Hello World message.

Description

Create docker-compose.yml with a hello service using alpine:3.20 that runs echo 'Hello, world!' then sleep 1.

Testing

No automated tests were run for this change.
