Pull request from forked branch by 's-n-ushakov'

Hi, there is a new release here in a forked branch.
The main amendments are:

• all the resources are converted to .java format for better readability;
• all the texts are updated to fit OpenJDK 8;
• license was changed to be in compliance with OpenJDK license.

I have also refactored the Ant build file notably, partly for the reasons I do not understand now :)
