Replace the "Identity source" term with "eID Provider"#293

This commit replaces all the mentions of the "Identity source" terminology with "eID Provider" to align with the Dashboard Additionally, sentences with links to specific provider pages has been updated to reflect that the dashboard now has dedicated pages for each provider instead of sections on the same page
This commit updates the phrasing around links to the MitId provider screen to use the shared terminology of the dashboard (replacing "management dashboard" with "Idura dashboard" and explicitly stating that the link navigates to the "Danish MitID eID Provider screen"
