• Add Django 6.0
• Add Python 3.13
• Add Python 3.14
• Drop Python 3.9 (EoL)
• Use UV to manage CI processes
• Drop binary test assets
• Change PyPi release to OIDC
• Setup pre-commit.ci over custom linter setup
