Add a Parsec module for Windows workspaces that installs the Parsec host silently and exposes an external dashboard link for the client.

Testing note: this module targets Windows workspaces; I couldn't run the installer locally. It performs a silent install from the official Parsec Windows installer URL and exposes a parsec:// app link. If you want Linux/macOS variants or different packaging, let me know. |
