PR Fixes:

  1. Adjusted the py-4 to py-3 for the sidebar toggle section to align its bottom border with the top navbar’s horizontal line.
  2. Ensured the fix works consistently in both collapsed and expanded sidebar states for visual consistency.

Resolves #[1864]
