Update some of the links in the content due to the delete gitbook task on amphora and kiln

Steps for testing the site locally:

  • Go to the website folder
  • Install all dependencies using npm install
  • Start your local server using npm run start
  • Test locally the links on the content at localhost

Notes

  • Need to merge this PR first on Amphora
  • Need to merge this PR first on Clay-kiln
