• In wagner_seurat.Rmd QC, batch correction, caclulation of marker genes was performedm as well as the plotting of heatmaps.
• In umap_violin_plots.R UMAPs and violin plots were drawn
• In sessionInfo.txt the version of packages used in sessionInfo.Rmd are shown, as reported by sessionInfo() function
